Try to find group classes that you can take at least once in a while. If you look – I’m sure you can find something for $8 per class. It is nearly impossible to learn couple dancing from the internet.
You’ll eventually have to take lessons if you want to learn the dances. There’s just no substitute. There are clips all over the net, but I haven’t found any really good ones. The best of what’s there is at ballroomdancers.com, IMHO.
