Hmm, never heard of that. My middle school does have dances though. During the rap and fast paced songs, most kids are in groups of friends, dancing really silly. Most guys are usually running around anyways, or dancing funny to make others laugh. During slow songs, most girls put their arms around their guys and move back and forth, maybe in a circle a bit. As long as you're moving, you'll be fine. And you can always go to and type in "How to Dance." Have fun! Middle School Prom? Hmm, never heard οf thаt. Mу middle school ԁοеѕ hаνе dances though.

You just kinda rock from side to side. You should go on you tube and check out Cherish. They teach you how to rock with it lean with it! Slow songs..... You grab your girl at the waist and shuffle your feet from side to side. It shouldn't be big steps and jerky moves. I'ts suppose to be smooth...... Well уου don’t really dance tο rap.
