Even better, I can tell you of a TERRIFIC dvd that is a Hip Hop instructional, very well done, and very easy to follow (although you HAVE to practice!) That way you can stop the video (for breaks or distractions)and go right back, or start over, etc… It is a step-by step instructional and the best thing is, when he says “go right” you are watching him as your miror image and he ‘goes right’!

if you have comcast digital cable, go to on demand. they have a dance section under mtv2 and also in the excersize area, but the latest hip hop moves are in mtv2.
i also wouldn’t suggest taking dance lessons online, it defeats the purpose. but if it’s really what you wanna do, look on youtube.com. they have tutorials or you can just watch people dance and learn that way.
