a youtube video is ur best bet
The only thing I can think of is youtube. I danced ballet about a year ago, carbs and lean proteins are good for ballerinas.

well u either go to youtube and type ballet dance lessons or go to google.com or yahoo.com and look for ballet dance lessons
ballet takes determination and hard work. You cannot possibly learn on the computer.
youtube. look up ballet terms & search them on youtube. & no you don’t have to be on a certain diet. but it’s good to be healthy & soft drinks aren’t recommended because they hinder your stamina.
Youtube (try the user jfkvideos, i think that’s the name or it’s jfkvideo, or just search, Just for Kix). They have a lot of dance tutorials. Anahiem Ballet also has some balance and intrustional videos. You can type in “stretches” or “ballet” and go from there. ExpertVillage has a lot of videos, but I hear its not always the correct technique or terminology
